Awesome Service Start to Finish

We could not have been more pleased with Holder's Air Conditioner and Heating. We called for a quote and Ronny promptly came out the next day, He explained our options and answered all our questions and was the only one of 3 companies to call back and check if we had any other questions. We went with Holder's,But as we were waiting for our install this week we had 2 separate issue with our old HVAC and when we called the company we held a service contract with it was going to be $125.00 to come out and service the unit even though they had been here 3 times in the last month. I call Holder's and ask Ryan if there was any way he might help us out since our new unit was to be installed in 3 days, He had a tech out within 2 hours, Doug was very friendly and knowledgable and fixed our old unit at no charge to get us through until our install of the new unit! He also walked us through what would be taking place on Friday for our install. On Friday he showed up twice to check how install was going. All 4 installers were professional and friendly and left our home as neat as they found it. We can not say enough how happy we are with this new unit, it runs so quietly I don't even know it's on and we are really looking forward to the benefits the new air purifier will provide us. Thank you Holder's truly awesome service and products.

Serviceman was excellent and very informative so that was good. This ac unit is only one year old, I paid for, and just had, my service and inspection done supposedly to prevent this type of issue. Since it was a coolant leak it seems to me that should be your responsibility to pay for not mine. It would have to be either mechanical failure or an issue with your workmanship. Either one of those shouldn’t cost me. I’m not arguing the 150 fee for the service call.

Service manager Chris understood the urgency of a dead AC unit for cooling internet equipment feeding all of Kern Valley, amazing response time.
