Serviceman was excellent and very informative so that was good. This ac unit is only one year old, I paid for, and just had, my service and inspection done supposedly to prevent this type of issue. Since it was a coolant leak it seems to me that should be your responsibility to pay for not mine. It would have to be either mechanical failure or an issue with your workmanship. Either one of those shouldn’t cost me. I’m not arguing the 150 fee for the service call.
