Upon arrival I set unit into cooling to check operation Found condenser not turning on so I checked the breaker After turning it on there was an awful sound coming from the condenser Separated fan motor and found it was indeed the compressor that was making the sound check pressure and found that no refrigerant was moving through system Compressor will need to be replaced I also took a look at the air handler and found that the blower was short cycling Tested the cap and cap was good Found a strong burning smell coming from blower compartment Qouted to also replace blower motor also
