I arrived at the customer's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the system was running and cooling properly. The thermostat was set to 76 degrees, and the air conditioner was producing cool air. I checked the pressures and temperatures of the system and found that it was overcharged. I informed the customer of the issue and explained that it was likely due to a leak in the system. The customer agreed to have the system repaired, and we scheduled a return visit for Monday at 12:00 PM. During the repair, I discovered that the system was not able to recover some of the refrigerant due to the rain. We decided to return to the supply house and pick up the necessary refrigerant when we returned on Monday. The customer paid a deposit of $174.50 for the repair of the tsat.
