Upon arrival system was cooling. I inspected unit and found some water in drain line. I flushed drain line with water and chemical and vacuum. System is draining good with no issues. Drain line was very clogged pulled out a lot of stuff. Checked pressures and temperatures and everything is looking good. Customer paid $189 with check #2156.
Upon arrival i found that downstairs was much warmer that upstairs After checking the operation of the dampers, i found that the downstairs damper was stuck closed After tapping the motor, it got unstuck and now operational Tested operation of both dampers after unstucking downstairs and everything is operation as should
Customer called us out for a clogged drain line. Troy investigated and found that there was indeed a clog. I hooked up my vacuum and poured hot water down. The top took a few gallons for it to release the clog. After the procedure, the drain line was flowing nicely.
Need to order txv for air handler. Paid cc.
