Upon investigation, Troy found that the inverter board on the compressor was completely blank after tracing power to the board. Troy found that it was getting power to the board, but not transmitting it from the board Thuss compromising the board. Relay the information to the customer. Customer agreed to have the inverter order replaced. Customer is under warranty still so we will get the warranty board.
