Customer called us out to take a look at his system to see if we could add more Freon to the system to help correct the sub cooling. Upon doing so Troy found that the sub cooling wasn’t going down at all and it was having little to no effect on the system to customer to be more beneficial to cut bait and get a new system came to terms. I’m putting in a new install 3 ton star heat pump. In addition we will be enlarging his return to a 20 x 24” grill with an 18 inch flex pipe going back to the return
