Today we visited because the ac unit would not keep the house cool. Upon arrival both the inside and outside units were running. This machine is an inverter system and it was not ramped up even though the home was 85° and the thermostat was set to 74°. After evaluating the unit James discovered the 5” MEDIA filter to be impacted and had a date of one year old, July 2023. After replacing the filter the system ramped up and began to perform as it should.
