Customer had a said to take a look at his garage, which has the ceiling falling off. Customer thought it might have something to do with the air conditioner. However, the ductwork doesn’t run over the garage. Took lots of pictures that show it doesn’t have anything to do with the air conditioner, so customer is back to the drawing board on what may have caused his roof ceiling to collapse.
