This estimate is being presented for the recommended repair/replacement of the Condenser Fan Motor. The Unit Currently Holds a 10 Year Parts Warranty. Parts Warranties ONLY cover the part itself. Out of pocket costs reflected in this estimate cover the following: Warranty Fees we are charged when submitting the warranty, trip costs (to and from the supply house), labor, and troubleshooting after the new part is put in. Payment in Full is required on the day of the repair after repair completion and verified system operation.
