Upon arrival I re diagnose unit and found a defective compressor not fan motor. The compressor harness is completely melted and defrost board has burnt marks. Will need to order new compressor defrost board and hard start unit has a surge protector and won’t need a new one. Customer agreed to the total. I left the power off to the unit and disconnect is off as well. Customer owes $1514.
