Customer called us out because her condenser was no longer coming on. Upon investigation, Troy found that after flipping the breakers and resetting her thermostat that everything turned on and was running smoothly. Experimented with the system by turning it off completely again and then returning it on and everything seems to be working accordingly. Low pressure lockout was indicated on the control board on the outside unit low pressure lockout most likely due to air conditioner being on at low temperatures that we’ve had recently.
