Troy Andersen is AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and THOROUGH. He called us when he was on his way to not only let us know his ETA but to inquire about our specific problem and took the time to listen to our input based on previous experiences and then had already researched every issue with his leadership team so came in knowing exactly what needed to be done. Hot 2 Cold Air should NEVER lose this young man. I will specifically request him for any and all services we may need with our AC.
