Customer called us out because the air conditioning was powered off. Customer had informed me that they had changed the thermostat without cutting power so the fuse had blown in the air handler. Troy came out and replaced the fuse and everything worked as it should also iterated to the new owners our membership program and they said they would call into the office to arrange Future service
