Customer called us out today because the system was not working. Upon investigation, Troy found that whoever installed the breaker on the main panel didn’t secure it enough and had come loose. Once the breaker was reattached, everything turned on observed a 20° split and everything was as normal. Did not charge the customer Because it is a newly installed unit within its first year and the fix should’ve been Checked when we installed
