Upon maintenance ditto chemical plan on both units number one and two while working on unit number one I found out the capacitor went bad. It is not fully dead, but it’s definitely under reading I sent estimates for a change out told me they will look over and approved forward as well as going on with the maintenance once I went up to the air handlers found out the supply box on unit number one was completely molded the other two the other unit and the other return are perfectly fine Supply box completely mold filled the attic is spray foam and is very cool. Platform is very nice at send out a couple estimates sent out one estimate for just the return box send another estimate out for the return and the supply with duct work and then sent out the last estimate which was supply return and ductwork with air conditioning to the Customer.
