Upon arrival system was cooling fine with no issues. I checked pressures and motor amps and everything is looking pretty good. The only thing I could see is my sub cool going up and down to much and also my pressures but I cannot confirm what is the issue because I could not hear not loud noise customer was talking about. I let customer know if we do have to return for the same issue to have a video of the sound he is talking about. No charge for customer because unit was installed a month ago.
