Upon arrival notice unit is a completely different unit from previous pictures Customer had unit installed by us and never received a first time maintenance We put in a good man from trane When there notice unit was slightly low on refrigerant Advised customer that Freon might be needed in future New pictures and updated tags are now on photos to use as reference No concerns on unit not working everything checked out besides Freon
