I found the drain line going outside frozen, causing the inducer motor housing, collector box and condensate trap to backfill with water. I wired a condensate pump into furnace power and ran vinyl tubing about 15ft to a nearby drain for washer machine. I dumped the backfilled water out of the parts, system is all good.
