I completed a real estate inspection on a Lennox furnace and a Goodman AC. I visually inspected the unit. Checked both systems out and they are operating well. The only issues I found at this time are the blower capacitor on furnace being weak, as well as the compressor side of the dual capacitor on outdoor unit. Connectors on the outdoor capacitor also are corroded and close to breaking, those should also be replaced.
