I completed a diagnostic. On my arrival I found a completely plugged filter sitting down next to the furnace and the filter inside of the furnace was a brand new filter. Turned everything on and got system running for 10 minutes and checked refrigerant charge which was running at a 9° sub cool/16° superheat. Had a 21° temperature split inside and everything appears to be working fine at this time. I suspect the reason for the system not working previous to today was because the old plug the filter was in the system and the system was likely freezing up. Outdoor coil is dirty but the water Spicket outside does not work properly so customer will hose this off later himself.
