Perform diagnostic on rheem gas package unit. Upon diagnostic found a gas pressure gas valve was reading at 4.00 inches inWC. Adjusted gas pressure to manufacture setting at 3.5. Also found blower relay is the making a high pitch humming sound, recommend replacement as component is starting to fail. Also found burner compartment was very dirty with dust and cobwebs, cleaned burner compartment. Recommend homeowner sign up on a maintenance plan to ensure proper system operations. Homeowner approved repair for blower relay, performed repair and tested system operations. System is operational at this time.
