System non op on arrival. Tstat properly calls for heat. System in ignition lockout. Performed safety inspection, no gas leaks, checked electrical connections, heat exchanger shows large amount of thermal stress points but no breaks. System has not been well maintained suggested routine cleaning through club program. Blower motor leaking oil from seal, run capacitor tests below spec can cause future failure. Found primary control board failed not sending properly voltage to gas valve to energize, broken welds on back which will cause intermittent issues. AC side contactor shows arcing and pitting, can cause future failure. System operational but no guarantee on for how long.
