Octavior was amazing. Extremely helpful as my grandma is on a very tight budget and even gave us a discount to help lower the price to something she could afford. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly, as there were unforeseen issues that should have raised the price, and that there were no more issues with the drain. He was extremely friendly and kind. He kept his mask on the entire time and did a great job cleaning up after himself.

Replaced disconnect box. Replaced contactor. Need bigger wire nuts to properly secure high voltage connections. Tested system. System fired up. Unit blowing cold. System is very low on refrigerant. Would need to perform leak search to determine where unit is losing refrigerant. Unit uses r22 refrigerant and holds 121 oz. (7.5 lbs). Signed up on club membership for routine maintenance and savings. Recommend replacing hvac due to age/reliability, operating condition/cost of repairs and r22 phaseout.
Performed heat and a/c tune ups. Checked and cleaned all components. Replaced Aprilaire filter. Removed eMaze filters to prevent excessive airflow restrictions. Tightened wiring connections. Drain line ok at this time. Outdoor fan motor is leaking oil and running near max amps. Systems are operational at this time. Replaced 501 aprilaire filter.
Performed sidekick visit. Completed heating and AC inspection tune up on Goodman heat pump system. Replaced filter today. System is operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival system not operational. Disconnect box is severely burnt and melted. Contactor is burnt and pitted. High voltage wires not properly connected with wire nuts and only insulated with electrical tape. Shut off power at breaker. Will need to return with parts.
Check system operation. All check are within spec and system is operating properly. Water leak cause by defrost cycle, explained to customer operation of a Heatpump system.

Enlarge Return Air to 18†and a 20†X 30†High Flow Grill. Add a new 10†X 6†register to the Master Bath and a 6†duct. All new ducting is to be silver-jacketed R-8 ducting. Replace existing 40 gallon gas water heater with a Rheem High Efficiency Hybrid Heat Pump water heater. Use 220V circuit in the garage run for the welder for the water heater. Replace all registers and seal register boots to ceiling. Replace existing return air grill with a High Flow return air grill. Install the Bosch BBC100 Wi-Fi Thermostat. Remove and dispose of existing equipment. Installation includes: Title 24 HERS Certification with a third party including duct leakage testing, all comfort guarantees, new fused disconnect with weather tight whip, permits, labor, taxes, all material, crane and rebate
Appliance delivered was requiring 5/8s feed and flares, installed bushing and new 5/8s flare and hose, tested for leaks, no leaks occurred , tested stove top, no issues

Upon arrival water heater non op. Gas valve showing control/valve failure. Will contact vendor for replacement valve and tech support to see why this issue is repeating.
To install a 3/4 gas valve for kitchen over Upon arrival customer want electric oven to be switch it natural gas. Removed cap from 3/4 gas pipe and installed 90, gas valve and flex line ready for new natural gas oven.
Patched around dormer on back end of house. Sections of comp shingles are blown off around dormer. I have it patched with tar paper, sheet metal and Henry’s. We need to re-roof around several of the six dormers, if not all of them. I told him we’d reschedule to come back when dry to take care of roof and assess drywall damage. Ceiling is stained but the customer has a large box in place now to prevent any further damage.
Replaced Honeywell gas control valve to allow for proper unit operation. Drain tank. Tested. Water heater is operational.
Customer complains that in the early morning hours it will blow cold air and not reach temp. Will order heat kit and set appt to come back and install them. Has enough wires buried in wall behind tstats. May need to install vibration dampers for the lineset outside. Maybe run new line also. Used original lineset. \
