Found Upstairs Compressor Direct Short to ground. System using outdated R22. Suggested looking into system replacement options due to age and efficiency. Remove and properly dispose of old equipment and refrigerant. Flush out copper line set. Install 2 New 14 SEER AC Condenser and indoor coils. Install 2 80% efficiency gas furnace. Install new electrical disconnect box, new electrical whip, new fuses and replace breakers as needed. Install new Gas Safety shut off, new gas flex line and sediment trap. Reconnect and modify flue pipe. Install new Honeywell T6 Thermostat. Replace emergency drain pan located in attic and add flood safety switches. Enlarge Return Trunk line To 18†and install high flow return air grill. Connect system to existing duct system. Complete clean up and walk through with journeyman installer. Pull permits and pay for fees. Title 24 HERS testing fees included. Total Job to be paid by Credit Card upon completion. Installation date 1/22/21
