Performed heat maintenance on 10 year old amana gas furnace located in closet. Cleaned all furnace components. Checked all electrical components and tightened all electrical connections. Everything is within specs. System is operational and heating at this time. Signed homeowner up for another year of superhero club membership. Will have 2 more visits after today
