We were due for our one-year service but because of the pandemic we have been strict in our daily activities. Because of this we decided against having HUFT service our H-VAC but did request a replacement air-filter to be dropped off. Chris was able to find the proper size, drop it on our front porch and over the phone explain to us the procedure for installing the new filter. His instructions were clear and concise and helped make task trouble-free.
Shun is so friendly and good at what he does! Thank you so much!!!! He’s awesome!

Checked out customer concerns. Main isssue is the location and orientation of the ac. It’s too far back from the sidewalk and he’d like as much of the lineset and electrical covered by the unit. I explained that the disconnect cannot e covered and he agreed to that, but the distance he’d like the unit moved and the new location would require re-doing the lineset. He’s also looking for a better job of securing the unit down, peeling the unit and wrapping of the lineset. We should also replace the flexible metal conduit used from the junction box to the disconnect with liquid tight. We can re-do the split lots then. Also need to order and provide a 16x8 one way register for the upstairs master bedroom. I told him we’d schedule to return in better weather and address all his concerns for the ac.
