Remove and properly dispose of old equipment and refrigerant. Install new 14 SEER Air Conditioner with indoor coil. Replace and install new service electrical disconnect box, new electrical whip, new foundation pad if needed. Flush out refrigerant lines and pull proper vacuum. Replace and install new 80% Gas Furnace, downflow located in closet. Replace and install new gas safety shutoff, gas flex line and add in sediment trap. Install new Honeywell T6 thermostat. Install standard filter base with new filter on top of furnace and remove existing filters in ceiling, 4 total. Complete clean up and walk through with Journeyman installer. Pull and pay for permits and fees. Title 24 HERS testing fee included. Client to pay full balance by credit card on file.
