Performed fall maintenance on furnace. Tstat properly calls for heat. Performed safety inspection, no gas leaks, checked electrical connections, heat exchanger shows thermal stress points but no visible breaks. Checked and cleaned ignition components, burners, orfices and flame sensor. Wiped down and cleaned blower cabinet. Hot surface igniter shows wear but ohms within spec at 52. Inducer draft motor high ampdraw, fla 1/.75A max. Noticed 90% condensating furnace doesn’t have emergency drain pan. Blower motor operational, leaking excessive oil at seal, run capacitor tests within spec, motor fla 5.7. Temp rise within spec. System operational. Routine cleaning with club program
