Performed real-estate inspection. Found condensation line not properly trapped and with no clean out port. No flood switch installed. Recommend installing surge protector on the furnace and Ac units. Furnace gas pressures were high. The low side W.C. was at 2.46 and recommend to be at 1.9 or below. Now set to 1.86. The high side W.C. Was at 3.96 and now is set 3.45. Temp split for furnace is recommend to be 25-55 deg. The temperature split is now 40 deg. The ac unit recommended installing hard start kit. LRA was 122 and manufacture recommends 112.
