Remove existing equipment and haul away. Install new Trane 3 Ton XR14/S8B1 - 14 SEER/80% Furnace. Reconnect condensate lines, install condensate safety valve, new condensate drip pan and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Remove registers, manually seal boots and install new hi-flow registers. Upgrade return air grill to Hi Flow grill. Upgrade to MERV 11 filter media. Install Quiet Cool whole house fan with new control hardware. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test.
