Remove existing equipment and haul away. Install new Trane 4 Ton XR17/XV80 16 SEER, 80% furnace (2 Stage). Reconnect condensate lines and verify flow to the exterior and add condensate safety switch. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weatherized whip. Install new Hi Flo return. Remove registers, manually seal boots and install new hi-flow registers. Upgrade to MERV 13 5†inch filter. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations.
