Diagnostic call for no heat on a 10 year old Bryant gas furnace located underneath the home. Upon arrival system was non operational. LED diagnostic flash code displaying code no no flame sensed and then goes into lockout. Checked system and realized the burner assembly, the flame sensor, and the igniter were improperly installed. Burner assembly was upside down plus the igniter and flame sensor were backwards in terms of placement of which burner they were supposed to be in front of. Rearranged burner assembly and sensors and cycled system multiple times without any problems. System is operational and heating at this time. Signed homeowner up for superhero club membership. No diagnostic charge for today. Will have 2 visits after today
