Remove and properly dispose of old equipment. Install New 96% Gas furnace, new gas safety shut off, new gas flex line, new sediment trap to pass permits, new electrical receptacle. Install New 16 SEER AC Condenser and Indoor coil. Install new electrical disconnect box, new electrical whip, fuses and replace breaker as needed. Reconnect system to existing duct work. Install new Return duct to 16†and enlarge return air grill with high flow. Replace and modify return air plenum to modify for new unit. Install new EZ Read Thermostat. Reconnect to existing flue pipes. Complete clean up and walk through with journeyman installer. Pull and pay for permit and fees. Title 24 HERS testing fees included. Paid in Full by Check upon Completion Installation date 1/26/21
