Add one additional 10†Return Air to a 14†X 24†High Flow Grill. Replace existing 14†X 25†return grill with a High Flow Grill. Add. Remove 1,200 Sq. Ft. Of insulation upstairs, air seal the top plate and skylight and knee wall and re-insulate with 1,200 Sq. Ft. of R-60 Borate Cellulose insulation. Deep bury new ductwork. Insulate skylight and knee wall with foam board insulation. Remove existing Whole House Fan and rough patch hole with sheet Rock. Install Carbon Clean 16 filter on the downstairs system.
