Shun came over on Christmas Eve around 4pm because my parents heat stopped working the night before. It on such late notice but shun got there found the problem immediately and was able to get it running in a matter of minutes. Explained to me exactly what the issue was and the steps he took to fix it. Very helpful and very much appreciated
