Removed and dispose of old lines set. Evacuate system to remove all moisture and added refrigerant to system spec. Replaced lineset with new one. Weighed in charge, system was slowly warming house as we left.
Performed diagnostic on a 2017 Lennox Heatpump split system. Upon arrival found system was completely flat on refrigerant, customer approved to perform nitrogen leak test. Found leak at refrigerant lines section between attic and ceiling are met. Give estimate for lines replacement, system evacuation, and add refrigerant to spec. Emailed customer the invoices.
Removed and replaced blower motor and wheel under warranty test system after repairs is operational at this time
Checked a Lennox system Upon arrival the weather icon was back on the display I checked the unit while I was out no issues client also turn on her dehumidify setting on the S30
Applied dielectric grease to blower motor plugs and at board. Try this to see if it stops the error codes.
Customer informed tech of error code 292 appearing on thermostat. Inspected the furnace to see what could be causing the code. Wiring is tight and secure, blower motor and wheel assembly is clean and secure. Checked amp reading for the blower motor, amp reading is well within spec. System cycled on a few times and no error codes appeared.
Checking charge for homeowner. New install back in November. Installers told homeowner to schedule a day when it’s hot to double check the system charge is correct. Pressures are good at 121/282. Super cool at 10. System is operational at this time no issues were found.
System connected to internet and functioning on arrival. Checked all wire connections at zone board/ furnace, zone dampers and t-stats. All tight and correctly installed. Ran tested system 40 min prior to departure all checks ok.
