This was the second service appointment I made with Huft and I could not be more pleased. Octavio was a real professional, was courteous, and knowledgeable. He replaced a broken water pipe under the house in a short time at an incredibly reasonable price. I love this company and their employees!

Upon arrival customer stated she wants to install a gas line to fire place for future insert. Customer must decide on exact insert before giving proper estimate.
Performed diagnostic on a newly installed Trane furnace and found gas valve was on the off position. Turned Gas valve on and test system operation and system is operating properly.
Remove and dispose of existing gas split system and ductwork and converting it to a heat pump system. Provide and install one Rheem 3 ton variable capacity 20 Seer heat pump split with R8 ductwork. Installation includes equipment, materials, labor, permit, third party verification, and taxes.
Diagnosis fee Upon crawling under home we found that a AC duck fall on top of abs line and broke it Replaced 5ft of abs pipe with new pipe and 45 coupling and a 4band husky band test by running kitchen faucet no evident leaks test well Set a 2by 4under AC duck to prevent pipe to brake again also strap new pipe for stability
Performed an a/c and ductwork check. Found ductwork leaking air, bad txv valve, burnt contactor, and weak capacitor. Reschedule for the week of 10/19 to install a Rheem 3 ton 20 seer variable capacity heat pump split conversion in the garage and replace all accessible ductwork with R8 ductwork. 9 supply ducts in crawl space and 2 return ducts in attic. Crawl space is very tight.
Remove existing outdoor condenser and in door coil, and Furnace and haul away. Install new Trane 4 ton, XR17/XV80 16 SEER (2 Stage). Reconnect condensate lines and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Activate zoning by adding 2 stage zoneboard and new damper motors. Remove registers, manually seal boots and Install. New hi flo registers. Upgrade return air grill to Hi Flo grill. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, material, labor, all required testing, permits & taxes Installation total $13,925.00 Due on completion - $13,925.00
Found system low on r410a added half a pound and got the subcool to 12 degrees and super heat 20 degrees with a temperature split of 21 degrees. System is operational at this time. Recommend join one of our memberships

Performed ac tune up for Carrier spilt system. Checked all safeties and connections. Checked filter. Washed outdoor unit. System is operational at this time.
A/C was working at time of arrival. Checked all a/c components and refrigerant level. A/C is working the best it can for a 20 year old system.
Lift up and level furnace and evaporator coil back into place. Screw in or tape any gaps of airflow between coil and furnace. Insert furnace stand back into place. Ensure evaporator coil drain pan is draining through primary.
Performed ac tune up on Bryant spilt system. Tested and checked system in cooling mode. Checked all safeties and connections. Changed filter. Washed outdoor unit. System is operational with issues at this time. Signed up on super hero club membership and performed first visit today.
