Remove existing outdoor condenser and in door coil, and Furnace and haul away. Install new Trane 4 ton, XR17/XV80 16 SEER (2 Stage). Reconnect condensate lines and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Activate zoning by adding 2 stage zoneboard and new damper motors. Remove registers, manually seal boots and Install. New hi flo registers. Upgrade return air grill to Hi Flo grill. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test.
