After a hiccup, Jordan called to let me know he was on his way, introductions, explained the service, the related costs (I initial) and went on his professional way. Once complete, Jordan went over the 'Tune-up Checklist' and explained, in layman's terms, the checklist and even wrote in 'anticipated life 10-years' ... I did notice =D Jordan was very professional, proficient, considerate and impeccable Customer Service.
