Everything was great minus the fact that the guys that came to clean the air ducts left things a mess. I understand it is not there job the clean the house, but stufff that came out of the vents they didn't bother to clean a little farther than next to the vents. Our basement isn't finished but that doesn't mean leave a bunch of debris on the floor. The furnace installers cleaned better around there job. Other than that everything is good. I like Daniel a lot. I also like I think the guys name was Brent. Really nice team. You also worked well for the price and taking care of the customer with all the extras! I will do business again. I just didn't like the mess left behind.

The IMS guys were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They went to great links to protect everything and clean up afterwards. Process took three hours for two man cleaning crew and the furnace tune up was done by a third technician. I'm glad i stopped by the kiosk at Home Depot to discuss this. Or contact IMS directly- might safe some money.
