The IMS guys were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They went to great links to protect everything and clean up afterwards. Process took three hours for two man cleaning crew and the furnace tune up was done by a third technician. I'm glad i stopped by the kiosk at Home Depot to discuss this. Or contact IMS directly- might safe some money.
