We purchased a new furnace this past summer. It’s been working great. But Cody at Innovative Air called and asked if they could do a free check-up to ensure the furnace was working how it was supposed to. Dalton came in this morning and checked it all out. He even changed our air filter for us! I really appreciate the time it took to check on our system.
Chris was great, just like the previous visit. Clearly explained to me what work was done on the call and also gave me a heads up on potential issues that could arise.
The guys were courtious fast and thurough. Great guys.

Arrived and located where customer would like to install shutoffs. Also needs a new outside faucet. Emailed over estimates for customer to discuss and will reach out to schedule if they decide to have us do the work
Service call on a new Amana high efficiency 2 stage furnace. The furnace was not responding to the call for heating from the communicating thermostat. The furnace and thermostat were both on the latest software. Through Bluetooth communication the furnace operated as it should. Rebooted the thermostat with no change in operation so power was cycled to the entire system. After restoring power the furnace came on and was running as it should.
Technician arrived to perform a service call on a newer install technician found that the new slab coil is too low so the drain line does not proper fall to drain properly. We will have an install crew come back out lift the whole unit up strap it so that way we have adequate fall and proper drainage.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on three furnaces and change a thermistor on one of the systems. Technician adjusted gas pressure, Checked amps, checked temperature differential, check static pressure, clean flame sensors, check filters and insured proper operation. Technician noticed dirty ductwork and no surge protection so estimates were made for the customer on getting the systems cleaned and upgraded. Estimates have been emailed to the customer for further review. All systems are heating properly at this time.
For this job, technicians perform a duct cleaning service and a decon 7 sanitization for the single whole hvac system. Everything is clean and works great at this time
For this job, Technician performed two system furnace maintenance tune up on two 5 year old Goodman systems. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the Downstairs furnaces gas valve is intermittently working and needs to be replaced part is still under warranty. Both systems do not have any surge protection at all, Systems really need surge protection to help prevent a power surge or power outage affecting the motors or control board. Manufacturers do not cover parts under warranty that have been hit by a surge.
The technicians installed a new coil and condenser. We made sure everything was level and up to code in our area. We also blew out the drain line and air sealed everything with mastic and ensured proper operation. Everything is set and ready to go.
Technician arrived to perform A service call on a Outdoor units fan motor seized up after further diagnosis technician found that the fan motor needed to be replaced technician replace the fan motor with a brand new one insured proper operation unit is cooling properly at this time
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on a 2022 install technician adjusted gas pressure monitoring amps bearings temperature splits, and overall health of the system. Technician recommend a duct cleaning Due to the ductwork being dirty and the homeowners never having them cleaned homeowners interested he would like for me to follow up with him next Friday due to some family issues. Technician will follow up Friday to move Forward with estimates
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club furnace maintenance on a 2019 system technician adjusted gas pressure monitored amps blower bearings, inducer bearings and overall health of the system. Technician found no issues mechanically did find that the ductwork is getting dirty. Homeowner decided to do the better option where we will come clean the ductwork and then sanitize it after.
Arrived and turned off water. Installed new flood stop valve and hammer arrestors. Installed new supply lines and expansion tank. Also shutoff gas and installed new sediment trap. Turned water on and checked everything for proper function and no leaks.
Heating Repairs: The client reported loud vibrations when the heating system was active. Upon inspection, I found several loose panels and brackets causing the noise. I secured these components to reduce vibration and prevent damage, ensuring quieter and smoother system operation.
HVAC System Service: During a heating inspection, I found that the HVAC system’s reversing valve was malfunctioning, causing heating and cooling imbalances. I replaced the valve, calibrated the system, and ensured smooth transitions between heating and cooling to maintain comfort throughout the home.

Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the system for the main living areas blower motor is in rough shape leaking oil everywhere in need of replacement, The igniter is in rough shape as well, The master systems blower motor capacitor is weak, as well as both duct systems are super dirty in need of cleaning. Both systems do not have any surge protection. Both systems are operating at this time.
