For this job, Technician performed a two system furnace maintenance tune up on two 18 year old Goodman systems. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the system for the main living areas blower motor is in rough shape leaking oil everywhere in need of replacement, The igniter is in rough shape as well, The master systems blower motor capacitor is weak, as well as both duct systems are super dirty in need of cleaning. Both systems do not have any surge protection. Both systems are operating at this time.
