Billy, the technician, was friendly and thorough in inspecting my cooling unit. Recommendations were made to help the performance of the unit but no sales pressure. That’s what I like about this company, they are about quality of work and not about making sales. The pricing is also very good compared to some of the competition that is directly in The Heights area. I have been using this company for the past three years, highly recommend them.
