inspected the Heating system. We amped out the heating elements as well as the blower wheel and both were within the expected range. We inspected e blower wheel and also the evaporator coil and both were in bad condition at this time. The blower motor had a large amount of dust and buildup in it and the evaporator coil had the same and both will need immediate attention. I also noticed that the ductwork has been ripped in several areas as if something had been climbing on it. I brought these findings to the homeowners attention and they will decide on a day that they Service can be performed. Customer gave the okay that we returned to pull and clean the blower motor and repair torn ductwork to stop loss air air flow.
