Checked in with valued client, located equipment and began spring Inspection. After a detailed inspection I found that the 2 units were working properly at this time. Unit one is a bit older but in good shape. Blower wheel was found to be clean but the coils had sightings of rust, growth, and VOCs. Client does understand the importance of clean air so we went ahead and cleaned them off for them today. Other then that all components are working as they should be per the data plate.
