Jake k. I arrived for a blue club membership fall tune up X2. I first removed and cleaned all washable filters. I then inspected the downstairs system and found the system to be set at the same settings as we set it on one of our first tune ups. The gas pressure is low due to the system is not set squarely over the plenum in the ground. This is blocking half of the air flow and was causing the system to overheat when the system is running at it’s recommended gas pressures. The homeowners have been aware of this issue and they may remove the indoor system in the future and try to build a better transition to get the airflow to flow better into half of the plenum. I also inspected the upstairs unit and found this system to be running well in both stages. I then replaced all washable filters and replaced the paper filter in the sun room. I then reset both thermostats to the settings that the homeowner had. Overall both systems are running as expected at this time.
