23MAY2024 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club two system summer tune up service. Spoke with Homeowners about the systems performance. They’re doing fine. Cycled systems on at the thermostats. We are due for rain soon, so I started outside. Washed condenser coils. Checked capacitors, contactors, hardstart, and motors. Found all amps, pressures, and capacitors within manufacture specs. Both reversing valves are functioning normally. The upstairs heat pump is reading 67/70 and 7.4/7.5 downstairs system is 40/40 and 5/5 cleaned out electrical cabinets and moved inside. Removed all washable filter and cleaned them out on the patio by the upstairs heat pump. Inspected indoor equipment while filters dry. Found blower motors, and wheels balanced, no oil leaks visible, and evap coils clean. 10.8a on the downstairs, and 5.9a upstairs. Both systems are working properly at this time. Blew nitrogen through filters to dry them out faster. Once dry I reinstalled all filters. Replaced one 12x12x1 pleate
