Jake Kring. 10-28-24. I arrived for a blue club membership fall tune up. I first removed all filters and cleaned all washable filters. I replaced the only 12X12 disposable filter. I then began to inspect the furnaces while the filters dried. I found the gas pressure on both furnace to be running between 4 and 6 IWC for propane. The inlet gas pressure was at 10 IWC. I tried to adjust the gas pressure to get the furnace to 10 IWC but couldn’t get more than 9 IWC. I informed the homeowner and he will be getting a plumber back out to fix the gas pressure coming to the home for us to come back and see if we fan get the gas pressure dialed in to 11.3 IWC per the manufacturer specifications. I would like to see 13 IWC coming to the home and no more than 14 IWC for max propane pressure to the home. We will have to return to finish tune up to get the furnaces burning properly.
